A defining moment, marked on the UAE's educational calendar! The Bloomington Education Conference, 3rd Edition, which took place on 8th November 2025, has redefined the contours of academic excellence of the nation's pedagogical landscape. The conference was a manifestation of North Point Education's far-reaching vision: 'Education For Tomorrow Through All Spectrums of Life.' Under the visionary stewardship of our luminary Chairman, Mr. Lanson Lazar, and our dynamic CEO, Ms. Sandra Blaskovic, we were honoured to host a prestigious gathering of over 300 esteemed educators, leaders, and officials from across the UAE. The collective genius of our exceptional educators was spearheaded by our erudite Academic Head, Mr. Issam Hosni, the driving force behind this magnum opus. The conference comprised 20 high-impact workshops, 6 dynamic panel discussions, and sessions led by 22 luminary expert trainers, all converging to illuminate the theme 'The Future of Education.' Our attendees were enthralled by invaluable Professional Development sessions, honing cutting-edge practices and addressing the complexities in Arabic, Islamic Studies, and the full spectrum of Core Curricula. We extend our profound gratitude to the best of educators who shared their expertise and to every attendee who entrusted us with their intellectual growth. The remarkable turnout is powerful evidence of NPE’s values of learning and growth. ABT Excellence Award

Honouring Excellence – The Bloomington Academy’s Triumph in Arabic Benchmark Test.

It's an honour to share, with our community, that our school has been bestowed with the coveted Excellence Award in the prestigious Arabic Benchmark Test (ABT). Our students’ exceptional proficiency in Arabic language skills secured them a remarkable 'Good' attainment level. Out of over 1,000 participating schools across the UAE, our school has risen to prominence, earning its place among the elite few who have achieved outstanding results. The credit goes to our teachers, who have gone above and beyond to cater to the unique needs of each student. Building on the momentum of last year's recognition, our school has once again proved its mettle in the ABT, reflecting our school's passionate pursuit of excellence in nurturing young minds. The award was proudly received by Mr. Issam Hosni, Academic Head of MOE subjects, North Point Education, at the ceremony held at the Mövenpick Hotel, Dubai. "All centres offering Cambridge Early Years must demonstrate their eligibility to do so by successfully registering with Cambridge Assessment International Education. Registration is a process for us to learn more about your values and approach to education. It will help us to establish which of our early years registration quality standards you meet and where we can support you to meet those you do not. Once registered, you can access the programme. It provides everything you need to deliver a quality early years education: a holistic and balanced curriculum, engaging classroom resources, assessment approaches to measure learners’ progress, and professional development. Building strong relationships Each stage of the registration process helps to develop our relationship with you. We want to understand your vision for offering Cambridge Early Years and what you hope the programme will bring your young learners, staff and the wider community. In return, we want you to understand our approach to early years education and our policies and procedures, and to share our view of their importance. Registration also establishes a legal relationship between your centre and Cambridge and makes clear the roles and responsibilities of both parties". (From Cambridge website)

Bloomington 10 Year Anniversary The Ambassador expressed his admiration for The Bloomington Academy’s remarkable journey and achievements, including the ESAFE Award, Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards, the Madam Sosamma Lazar 100 per cent Scholarship Award and British School Overseas accreditation. He also recognised the school’s dedication to community service.
