Our Parent-Child Well-being Programme was filled with love, laughter, and togetherness! There were giggles and smiles all around as the children and parents enjoyed quality together moments. Stretching and breathing lured in the connection and calm, while creative expressions of art and craft brought out the artist and in each one! Together they played running, jumping, and dancing their way to fitness! To top it all, we had the perfect opportunity to capture those precious moments on camera, warm memories to be treasured.
