A Mental Health Awareness Campaign was conducted for Grades 5 to 12, on World Mental Health Day, 10th October. Carrying a weight that's invisible to everyone around you, pressing your heart down and making every step feel heavy! That's what it can feel like to struggle with mental health problems. But remember, you're not alone, and it's okay to not be okay! At our school, we believe that talking about our feelings, listening to each other without judgment, and offering a helping hand can make all the difference. And remember too, words have the power to uplift someone who's struggling. A kind note, a friendly smile, or simply be there to listen. You might be the lifeline someone needs. You are loved, you're valued, and you're not alone!
